Yes we offer free shipping to all domestic locations within the United States. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, and all United States possessions, territories, and entities with free association status. The only time you will pay shipping is if it’s being shipped internationally to a country other than the United States.
Orders will be cancelled if the item/products are damaged, broken, or unavailable.
Typically you will receive your order within 2-5 business days. If it’s delayed longer than that it’s because of an external and uncontrollable shipping issue we can’t resolve.

If your item becomes lost or stolen you will need to file a report with the shipping carrier then file a police report. Once it’s been submit to those parties and the documents are finaled you can submit those documents to use for reimbursement.
